Banana Baked Oats

 

Ingredients: (Makes 1)

  • Banana 1 small
  • Almond Milk 60 ml or 1/4 cup
  • Egg 1
  • Porridge Oats 40g or 1/4 cup
  • Whey Protein 1 scoop, vanilla
  • Honey 1 tsp
  • Chocolate Chips 5
  • Baking Powder 1/4 tsp

Instructions:

Set your oven to 350°F (180°C) and allow it to come up to temperature.

In a blender, combine the oats, ripe banana, egg, almond milk, honey, baking
soda, and if desired, your choice of vanilla vegan protein. Blend the mixture until
smooth and well combined.

Stir in your preferred amount of chocolate chips into the mixture. If you’d like them
distributed evenly, save some to sprinkle on top just before baking.

Pour the mixture into a greased or lined baking dish or an oven-safe bowl.

Place in the preheated oven and bake for 25 minutes or until the top is golden and
a skewer inserted into the center comes out mostly clean.
