Berry Delight Chia Pudding

 

Ingredients: (Makes 1)

  • Almond Milk 200ml or 6.7 fl oz
  • Strawberries 5
  • Protein Yogurt 50g or 1.7 oz
  • Chia Seeds 3 tbsp
  • Blackberries 5
  • Honey 1 tsp

Instructions:

In a medium-sized bowl, combine 200ml of unsweetened almond milk, 50g of Skyr
yogurt, 3 tablespoons of chia seeds, and 1 level teaspoon of honey. Mix well until
the honey is dissolved and the chia seeds are evenly distributed throughout the
mixture.

Wash 5 strawberries and 5 raw blackberries, then pat dry. Puree the strawberries
and blackberries until smooth.

Spoon the chia mixture into a seal-tight jar. Pour the berry puree over the top,
creating a layered effect.

Seal the jar tightly and place it in the refrigerator. Allow the chia pudding to set
overnight.
