Apple Crumble Overnight Oats

 

Ingredients: (Makes 2)

  • Apple 1, medium
  • Apple Juice 150ml or 5fl oz
  • Greek Yoghurt 200g or 7oz, 0% fat
  • Oats 100g or 3.5oz
  • Brown Sugar 1 tsp
  • Cinnamon 1 tsp
  • Vanilla Extract 1/2 tsp
  • Ground Cinnamon 1/2 tsp
  • Salt 1 pinch
  • Chia Seeds 1 tbsp
  • Salted Butter 1/2 tbsp
  • Oats 2 tsp
  • Almond Flakes 2 tsp, flaked

Instructions:

In a mixing bowl, stir together the oats, yogurt, apple juice (or milk), grated apple,
chia seeds, and cinnamon until well combined. Divide the mixture evenly between
two jars or bowls.

In a separate bowl, mix the ground almonds, oats, melted butter, cinnamon, brown
sugar, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Use your fingers to mix until the texture is
crumbly.

Sprinkle a generous teaspoon of the crumble mixture over each jar of oat mixture.
Seal the jars and refrigerate overnight.
