Protein-Packed Banana Split
Ingredients:
- Greek Yoghurt 200g or 7oz
- Banana 1, medium
- Kiwi 1
- Raspberries 10 single
- Blueberries 10 single
Instructions:
Slice the banana lengthwise and place both halves on a plate or in a shallow bowl.
Spoon the Greek yogurt over the banana halves, spreading it evenly or as dollops.
Scatter the mixed berries and sliced kiwi on top of the yogurt. Enjoy immediately
for a refreshing, high-protein treat.
