VANILLA PROTEIN ICE CREAM

Ingredients:
- 150g frozen bananas chopped
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (35g)
- 1 teaspoon sweetener sugar-free syrup
- 2 tablespoon milk
- 40ml canned coconut cream
- 10g walnut (for garnish)
Instructions:
- Place a small loaf pan or deep pan in the freezer.
- In a high-speed blender or food processor, add your frozen bananas and blend until just immersed. Add your vanilla protein powder and sugar-free syrup and blend until thick and creamy. If too thick, add 2 tablespoons of milk. For an even creamier texture, add your coconut cream and continue blending until smooth and creamy.
- Transfer vanilla ice cream to the loaf pan. To ensure it doesn’t become too icy, lightly mix your ice cream every 20-30 minutes for the first hour.
- Thaw for 10-15 minutes before eating. Lightly wet an ice cream scoop before scooping the ice cream into a bowl.
- Top the ice cream with walnuts and enjoy.
