CAKE BATTER ENERGY BALLS

Ingredients:

  • 30g oats flour
  • 1 scoop whey protein powder (35g)
  • 30g chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened coconut shreds
  • 2 tablespoon sugar-free syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 3 tablespoon low-fat almond milk
  • pinch of salt

Instructions:

  1. Combine all the ingredients (excep the chocolate chips) in the food processor.
  2. Process for 10 seconds, scrape down the sides, and process for another couple of seconds.
  3. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  4. Roll a large marble-sized ball of mixture in your hands.
  5. Place it in the chocolate chips and roll it around a bit to get it coated.
  6. Once the balls are coated, place them on a plate in a single layer.
  7. Transfer them to the fridge for another 30 minutes and keep them in the fridge until you’re ready to eat them.
