SCRAMBLED EGG PUMPKIN

Ingredients:

  • 150g pumpkin puree
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (35g)
  • 150g egg whites
  • 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl, mix pumpkin puree, egg white, protein powder, salt, and pumpkin pie spice until evenly mixed. 
  2. Meanwhile, heat a skillet and add the mixture to the pan. Then cook for approximately 5-10 minutes stirring occasionally till the eggs are scrambled and cooked through.
  3. Serve hot and enjoy.
