TIRAMISU OVERNIGHT OATS

 

Ingredients:

  • 50g rolled oats
  • 1 teaspoon coffee powder (7g)
  • 1 teaspoon cream cheese
  • 75ml almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • A dash of Vanilla Extract

Instructions:

  1. In a pan heat, the milk till the milk is lukewarm. Then add the coffee powder and keep the mixture for approximately 10 minutes. Then strain the milk to get rid of the coffee particles.
  2. Meanwhile, soak the chia seeds in some warm water.
  3. Mix everything in a mug with half a tablespoon of chia seed.
  4. Top the rest of the chia seeds on top and cover letting them sit in the fridge overnight.
  5. Serve in the morning. Enjoy!
