AIR FRYER STEAK BITES

 

Ingredients:

  • 150g Red Meat (Lean beef, Veal, Lamb leg, Kangaroo, Goat, Camel)
  • 1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil (7g)
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and black pepper to taste 

sauce

  • 50g Non-fat Plain Greek yoghurt
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 10g mint leaves, Chopped
  • ½ teaspoon lime juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Toss the steak pieces with the olive oil. Mix the spices together and coat the steak in the seasoning.
  2. Preheat air fryer to 200 C for 5 minutes. Once heated, add the steak to the basket and air fry for 5-6 minutes or to your desired doneness.
  3. While the Steak cooks Mix the Sauce dip ingredients together.
  4. Serve the Steak with the sauce dip and enjoy.
