CHOCOLATE PROTEIN OVERNIGHT OATS

 

Ingredients:

  • 45g rolled oats
  • 150ml unsweetened almond milk
  • 150g Greek yoghurt
  • 1 scoop whey protein powder (35g) chocolate flavour
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • 100g mix berries
  • ¼ teaspoon grated nutmeg for topping
  • 30g pomegranate 

Instructions:

  1. Mix all the ingredients and Refrigerate: Place in the fridge overnight.
  1. Top oats with pomegranate arils and a sprinkle of freshly grated nutmeg and enjoy.
