AVOCADO AND SPINACH SMOOTHIE

 

Ingredients:

  • 50g spinach
  • 5g parsley, fresh
  • 100g avocado
  • ½ teaspoon cacao powder 
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • ¼ teaspoon salt 
  • 10g almonds
  • 10g dark chocolate nibs
  • 150ml water 
  • 1 tablespoon sugar free syrup
  • 150ml almond milk
  • 1 scoop protein powder (35g)

Instructions:

  1. Throw everything into a blender and blend for 60 seconds.
  2. Serve in a glass. Enjoy.
