CHICKEN GINGER CAULIFLOWER AND BEANS STIR-FRY

 

Ingredients:

  • 150g white meat boneless (chicken breast/ turkey breast/ lean pork)
  • 150g cauliflower
  • 100g beans
  • 50g spring onions
  • 5g ginger
  • 2 clove garlic
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 1 teaspoon oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sugar free syrup
  • 1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil (7g)
  • 100ml water
  • Salt to taste

Instructions:

  1. Heat oil in a wok over medium flame.
  2. Now add chopped garlic and stir. Keep the flame high.
  3. Add the chicken pieces, fish sauce, oyster sauce, sugar free syrup and cook for a couple of minutes on high flame.
  4. Add the ginger and cauliflower, beans and stir well.
  5. Now add water and cook covered for 10 minutes or till the chicken is done and the water has evaporated.
  6. Remove from flame. Garnish with chopped spring onions and serve.
