CHICKEN GINGER CAULIFLOWER AND BEANS STIR-FRY
Ingredients:
- 150g white meat boneless (chicken breast/ turkey breast/ lean pork)
- 150g cauliflower
- 100g beans
- 50g spring onions
- 5g ginger
- 2 clove garlic
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- 1 teaspoon oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon sugar free syrup
- 1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil (7g)
- 100ml water
- Salt to taste
Instructions:
- Heat oil in a wok over medium flame.
- Now add chopped garlic and stir. Keep the flame high.
- Add the chicken pieces, fish sauce, oyster sauce, sugar free syrup and cook for a couple of minutes on high flame.
- Add the ginger and cauliflower, beans and stir well.
- Now add water and cook covered for 10 minutes or till the chicken is done and the water has evaporated.
- Remove from flame. Garnish with chopped spring onions and serve.
