SMOKED PAPRIKA COD WRAP

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 teaspoon chilli paste
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 125g white fish fillet (such as barramundi, Basa, Prawns, Calamari, Dori, Ling snapper, Whiting)
  • 1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil (7g)
  • 50g bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 Mission low carb wrap
  • 15g coriander leaves
  • ½ medium onion
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method:

  1. In a small bowl add chilli paste and paprika. Using a pastry brush, generously cover the pieces of cod with the mixture.
  2. In a large non-stick skillet over medium heat, place the fish and. Cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until the fish is crispy on all sides. Off the heat, let the fish rest in the pan to continue cooking in the residual heat until the desired doneness is reached.
  3. Take the wrap and crumble the fish and add the cilantro and shredded onions. Roll tightly cut in half and serve.
