COBB SANDWICH

 

Ingredient:

  • 1 teaspoon low fat mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon blue cheese dressing (15g)
  • 2 slices white bread
  • 150g (raw weight) boiled boneless chicken breasts, sliced
  • 1 whole hardboiled egg, chopped
  • 1 lettuce leaf
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Step 1

Prepare the sandwich spread by mixing the mayonnaise and blue cheese dressing. Spread on one side of each slice of the bread slices. Top one slice bread with lettuce then sliced chicken, chopped hardboiled egg. Season the sandwich with salt and pepper. Add another slice of bread and serve with the remaining blue cheese spread on the side.
