GRILLED MIXED VEGETABLES

 

Ingredients:

  • 100g baby carrots
  • 25g red bell pepper
  • 75g zucchini
  • 75g broccoli
  • salt as required
  • 1 teaspoon virgin olive oil (7g)
  • black pepper as required
  • 50g potato

Method:

Step 1

Wash the vegetables with fresh water and pat them dry. Slice the baby carrots into 1-inch pieces. After this, chop the red bell pepper, zucchini, broccoli, and potatoes.

Step 2

Coat the sliced vegetables with virgin olive oil. Now, place the vegetables on an electric griller. Start grilling the vegetables and keep stirring them. Let them grill for another 15 minutes. Sprinkle salt and black pepper powder, according to your taste. Your grilled mixed vegetables are ready.
