SHRIMP TACOS

 

Ingredients:

  • 150g shrimps
  • ¼ teaspoon chilli powder
  • ¼ teaspoon cumin
  • ½ dash cayenne pepper
  • 75g cabbage
  • 2 corn tortilla
  • 50g avocado
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 2 green spring onion
  • 2 tablespoon cilantros
  • 1/2 clove garlic
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 20g sour cream

Method:

Step 1 / 4

Chop the green onions, cilantro leaves and garlic in a bowl. Take a blender jar and add chopped green onions, cilantro leaves, garlic in it. Pour some water and oil over the vegetables and sprinkle salt according to your taste. Add lemon juice and blend the ingredients until it forms a smooth paste.

After this, add sour cream and blend it again until all the ingredients combine well with each other. Season it well according to your taste and keep it aside.

Take a large pan and add oil in it. Heat it over a medium flame. Use a kitchen towel to pat dry the shrimps and add spices. Add shrimps to the pan and cook for a few minutes. Once cooked, flip it and cook the other side of the shrimps until they are cooked properly.

Step 4 / 4

Add shredded cabbage with some cilantro-garlic sauce, make sure the cabbage is nicely coated with sauce. Now add a spoonful of avocado on taco tortillas and add shrimp and cheese. Serve it along with a dip of your choice.
